AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTH iAST CORNER OF CLO.IIMTS AND POl;'ELL
STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, 1'iHICH t;'AS ACCEPTED BY THE
CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN
A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON SEPTEMBER 20th, 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY 71 -IE BOARD OF COMW.''LiSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on September 20, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of property located at the Southeast
corner of Clements and Powell Streets, be and the same is hereby
approved.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
