WAS ADOPTED Bf THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, ON JULY 16, 1946
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COP-MISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Section 1 of a Resolution entitled: "A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR AN ADVANCE OF FUNDS FOR PLANNING A
PROJECT FOR RELIEF STORN S&'IERS", which was adopted by the Board o
Commissioners of t"e City of Paducah, Kentucky on July 16, 19462
be,and the same is hereby amended so that said Section as amended
shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, declare
its intention to construct within four years from the date hereof
system of relief storm sewers in the northwestern part of the City
of Paducah in the vicinity of "The Branch" and Cruse Avenue, along
Thirteenth Street and PLcGuire Avenue, and along Twenty-seventh Street
and Ross Avenue, and through the western part of X/oble lark, in order
to eliminate overflows in the city; and 'Rayne C. Seaton, Mayor of the
City of Paducah, is hereby designated the authorized representativ
of the City of Paducah for the purpose of executing the applicatio
therefor and to otherwise act as a liaison between the City and th�
Federal Works agency."
SECTION 2.
lhis Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
