SECTIO: 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Flanrin^ and ZoninE Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a -Resolution adTpted by it on July 22nd, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of a lot located at the Northwest
corner of ?,8th and Kentucky Avenue, be and the same is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full Borce and effect from
and after its adoption.
