CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TI ON 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of J. H.
Smith in the sum of ';lC'O.CO cash for the purchase of Lot 6 in
Elock 1 of .7hittemore's Northside Addition, ass hown by plat
recorded in Plat Book "A", page 82, McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office; and the Iayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of laducah, a deed of
conveyance to said property.
SECTIOl: 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
