THE CITi OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY'
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Urs.
Irene Habacker in the amount of ^300.00 cash for the purchase
of a lot on the west side of 17th street, said lot be,;innin3.
192 feet from the Southwest corner of Broadway and 17th Streets;
and the I.1ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute,
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance
to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
