That Lection 1 of an ordinance entitled: "A_T ORDIITA.TCE D0ITATIN3 TO T:77 COT.'MOTT'-EALTrI Oi; KENTUCKY FOR USE AS A SITE FOR AN ARI -TORY A TRACT OF LANID LOCATED AT THC NORTHEAST CORNER OF 21st AND i'ONROE STREETS I T ThFIE CITY 0.7 PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZI: THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF TME CITY 0_'^' PADUCAH TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER TO THE COT.;i:017:.3ALTH 02 KENTUCKY nL. DEPARWENT ARMORY CORPORATION A D ED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PP.OPERT' which was adopted by the board of Commissioners on May 21st, 1946 be and the same is hereby amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows: "SECTION 1. That the City of r'aducah donate the hereinafter described tract or parcel of land to the Commonr:ealth of Kentucky for use as a site for an armory Provided the deed under .:hick said property is conveyed dontains a provision that :in the event the worl: of constructin said armory shall not be corvnenced within a period of ei,hteen (13) months from this date or said property shall ever cease to be used as an armory, then the title thereto shall immediat, revert to and vest in the Cite of Paducah, and the L:ayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, to execute and deliver to the Commonwealth of Kentucky Military Department, Armories Corporation a deed of con',eyance to said lot or parcel of land which is descrited as •ollovrs; to-vit: "Ee6inninr7 at a point on the T•Torth property line of Tonroe Street 296 feet west of the TTorthwest corner of the inl:ersection of 19th Street and T::onroe 3trcet; thence in a westerly direction and along the ITorth property line of -onroe Street 406.7 Poet to the Last property IE 4ly 1430 line of 21st Street; thence in a northerly direction and alon3 the East property line of 21st Street 347.68 feet to the South property line of Bladison Street; thence in an easterly direction and alone the :south property line of i:adison Street 407.87 feet to a point 296 feet Jest of the '.lest property line of 19th Street; thence in a soi;t-herly direction parallel with 19th Street 347.68 feet to the point of beginnin.-.
