AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TIME SALE TO JEJSE M. JORDAN OF
LOT 16 IN BLOCK 3 IN OAKLAND TERRACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
PROPER INSTRUIdENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY .':[HE LOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Jesse M. Jordar
in the amount of ;;40.00 for the purchase of Lot 16 in Block 3 in
Oakland Terrace Addition, as shown by plat recorded in Flat Book
"A", pare 142, Ir;cCracken County Court Clerk's Office, :,;'14.00 of
the pubehase price to be paid in cash and the balance to be paid
in two (2) monthly installments of :j13.00 each with 6% interest.
The Yayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute proper
instruments of conveyance to said property upon the aforesaid terms
and subject to such further terms, conditions and covenants as
may be required by tle City Manager.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
