BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COb;I;IS3IONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION I.
That upon tte recommondation and request of the City Planni g
and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report embodied in a
resolution adopted by it on November 16, 1945, the plat of the sub
division of part of Lots 27 in block 4 and 5 and part of Lots 39 1
yt Blocks 11 and 12, Caldwell -Mallory property on the 7iest side of Jo
Clifton Drive between Trimble Street and Harrison Street, and on t I e
East side of Joe Clifton Drive between Harrison Street and [Monroetreet,
which plat is filed herewith qnd as a part of this ordinance, be and the
same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
That the City of Faducah accept 2or use by the public the a leys
shown on the plat of the aforesaid sub -division, and the public al],eys'
now located in the area which has 16een sub -divided be vacated and closed,

and the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized to institute in e
'icCracicen Circuit court a suit for the purpose of hgving closed by
judgment of the court any and all public alleys wh¢ch are not show
on said plat.
SEC TION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
