AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION
OF LOTS AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 24TH AND KRUGER STREETS
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE
CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT EM-
BODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON MAY 2, 1946.
BE IT ORDAINED by THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on May 2, 1946, the
plat of the subdivision of lots at the North east corner of
24th and Kruger Streets be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
