AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BROAD STREET AND BROWN
STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY
THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT
EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON MAY 22 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the city
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on May 2, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of a lot at the Northeast corner
of Broad Street and Brown Street, be and the same is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full'force and effect from
and after its adoption.
