AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY ON FRIEDMAN AVENUE AND VINE STREET BETNEEN BUCKNER LANE Amik
AND AFTON AVENUE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS Rr
ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMII;ISSION BY ITS FINAL
REPORT EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON MAY 2nd, 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the city
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on May 2nd, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of property located on Friedman
Avenue and Vine Street between Buckner Lane and Afton Avenue
being Lot 4 and part of Lots 1 and 5 in Block 8 of Afton Heights
Addition, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
