AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO TAMES WHITFIELD OF
LOT 25 IN BLOCK 1 ON ALLEN STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK 40
EXECUTE A DEED C`F CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TI Oiv 1.
That the City of iaducah accept the offer of
James Whitfield in the sum of $20.00 dash for the purchase
of Lot 25 in Block 1 of the Mollie 0. Allen Addition as shown
by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", page 66, McCracken County
Court Clerk's Office; and the Yayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
