CITY OF PADUCAH, XEIMUCKY:

That the position of City -Yeighmaster be created and the
City LA naSer is hereby authorized to appoint a suitable person
to fill said position. The City 7eirhmaster shall )cep and
have control of the city scales. It shall be his duty to
collect the fees and other charges for the u•:e of the city
scales, make monthly reports of the amounts collected, and remit
to the City Treasurer on the first day of each month the collectio
rade Burin,- the precedin month.
SECTION 2.
The City t:ei„hmaater shall receive a salary of 1,80.00
per month for his services and said salary shall be paid at the
sa^e time the salaries of other employees are paid.
SEC TION 3.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SEC TIOii 4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
