AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING '[HE SALE 'r0 HURLEY HIGGINS OF LOT 7
IN BLOCK 1 ON COOLEY S TREE T IN `IME CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AIML
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP,1MISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Hurley
Higgins in the sum of :;20.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 7
in Block 1 on Cooley Street, said lot begins 266 feet North of
the Northwest corner of the intersection of Cooley Street and
Yeiser Avenue; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah,
a deed of vonveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect fr
and after Its adoption.
