SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of W. E. Feagin
in the amount of ;'25.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 13 in
Block 6 of Vaughnts Addition to the City of Paducah, as shown
by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", pages 36 & 37, McCracken
County Court Clerk's Office; and the P.fayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
