BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY 0: PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the attached statement of Charles A. afilliams, Acting
City Manager, dated March 25, 1946, and in which statement he
reports to the Board of Commissioners the sale of p98,000.00 Munici
Hospital 2:' Revenue Refunding Bonds to Stein Bros. & Boyce, Almsted
Brothers and Bankers Bond Company of Louisville, Kentucky, be
received and filed with the ofSdcial records of the City.
SEC TION 2.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
