That the City of Paducah accept the offer of J. J.
Knight in the sum of }65.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 9
in Block 4 of the '1�homas H. Hays Addition as shown by plat
recorded in Deed i:ook 42, page 65, BicCracken County Court
Clerk's Office; and the 1r1-a,yor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Paducah, a deed of conveyance to sa-d property.
SECTIO7 2.
This ordinance :hall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
