OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TI Oid 1.
That Section 3 of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE
CREATING THE OFFICE OF ACTING CITY ivANAGER, PRESCRIBING HIS
QUALIFICATIONS A:TD TIE' I:IAINER OF A: POINT'EN'T, AND THE DUTIES TO
BE PERFORISED BY HIM", i'IHICH was adopted by the --card of Commiss
on I:iarch 13th, 1946, be and the same is hereby amended so that
said Section as amended shall read as follows:
"Section 3. The acting City I:'anager shall execute bond in
the penal sum of ;10,000.00 conditioned upon the faithful performan e
of his duties. He shall be removable at any time a city manager maf be
removed from office under the statutes relating to the City Manager
Form of Government, and he shall receive a salary of -x300.00
per month for his services, said salary to be paid to him at the sa e
time the salaries of all other officials are paid."
SEC TION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
SEC T_ O:d 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
