That Section 5 of an ordinance entitled: "All ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR rME ENFORCEMENT WITHIN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF Ail ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEi:BLY OF THE STATE OF KEI TUCKY ADOPTED IN 1928, AND CODWONLY KNO','J - AI:D REFERRED TO AS IME CITY PLAFwING AND ZONING LAW' ", which was adopted by the board of Commissioners on the 17th day of 'December, 1928, be and the same is hereby amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows: "Section 5. Eefore issuin any buildinS permit or certificate of occupancy of any hind for a gasoline filling- station, automobile repair shop, public garage or parkin, lot, stable, lunch stand or -fruit or vegetable stand, the applicaaion't'herefor shall be first submitted to and approved by the City FlanninE and Loning Commission, and as so approved by said City Planning and mooning Commission, the same shall then be submitted to the Luilding Inspector in said City for his consideration as otherwise provided by law and ordinance." SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewit are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
