AN ORDI?LANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 6TH AND JACKSON STRE
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMP-:ISSION LY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A
RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 29th, 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 50ARD OF Con-11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and 'Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on February 15th, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of property located at the Southwest
corner of 6th &- Jackson Streets, be and the same is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
