30TH STREETS; ABSO THE SALE TO R. A. MENSER OF A LOT AT TWE SOUMVES
CORNER OF 21ST AND'N.ADISON STREETS; AND AL:;O THE SALE TO BLANCH BLIE
OF LOT 17 IN BLOCK 5 Oil THE "VEST SIDE OF 14ILLER STREET; AND
AUTHORIZING THE PAYOR AHD CITY CLERK TO EbECU'I'E PROPER INSTRUPdEbI7"S
OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LOARD OF COrd!ISSIONERS OF TIIE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Con D.
Johnston, Jr., in the sum of ;;:300.00 .for the purchase of Lots
11, 12 & 13 in Block 2 on Adams Street between 29t1i and 30th
Streets, said .lots begin 52.17 feet from the Northeast corner of
the -intersection of 30th and Adams Streets, {100.00 of the purchas
price to be paid in cash and the balance to be paid at the rate of
X25.00 per month with 6/;, interest; also the offer of R.A.Menser
in the sum of :;.:150.00 cash for the purchase of a lot located at
the Southwest corner of the intersection of 21st and P,;adison
Streets; and also the offer of Llanch blue in the sum of :„30.00
cash for the purchase of Lot 17 in Block 5 of the re -survey of
Block 4, Vineral '.:'ells Addition as recorded in Plat Book "A", page
266, McCracken County Court Clerkfs Office; and the d;ayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the
City of Paducah, proper instruments of conveyance to said property
SECTIO!; 2.
This ordinance shall be in -full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
