t:'HEREAS, the City of Paducah having requested bids for
the purchase of a power mower with a five foot cutting bar under
a resolution adopted on January 29th, 1946, and it appearing that
the bid of jioy C. i7hayne Supply Company was the only bid received;

SECTION 1.
That the sum of ;,1180.47 be appropriated by the
City of Paducah for the purchase of a power mower the amount
thereof to be charged against the appropriation to the street
department updn the adoption of the apportionment ordinance for th
year 1946, and the City I,;anager is hereby authorized to accept the
bid of the Roy C. 7ihayne Supply Company for the purchase of a powe
mower described as follows:

SECTION 2:
This ordinance shall be introduced at a regular meeting
of the board of Commissioners and remain on file for not less than
one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which It
shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted, it shall 'Le I
full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
