F. ;WARREN FOR THE SALE TO THIR CITY OF PnDUCAH OF LOTS ITOS 8, 9, 10, 11 AND 17, IN BLOCK 110. 2, LOTS NOS, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 IN BLOCK NO. 4 AMD LOTS 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 IN BLOCK NO. 6 IN WHITTEMORE'S NORTH SIDE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH AS SNOWN BY PLAT OF SAID ADDITION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 82 IN THE I°CCRACKEN COUNTY COURT CLERK'S OFFICE, APPROPRIATIIIC TRE SUI.1 OF T1?0 THOUSAND (1;2,000.00) DOLLARS FOR PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR SAID LOTS; AND AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS OF' CONVEYAi?C�;' TC SAID PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEbTUCKY: SEC TION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of A. P. .7arren for the sale to said City of Lots Nos, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 17, ih Block No. 2, Lots Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Block No. 4 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 in Elock No. 6 in 71littemore13 North side bddition tothe City of Paducah as shown by plat pf saki addition recorded in Plat Book A. Pace 82 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office. The City shall pay the sum of '100.00 for each of said lots and the City Clerk is authorized to accept, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, deeds of conveyance provided the said A. F. :larren is seized of the good and valid title to each, (free and -clear of'all liens and encumbrances, and the property is conveyed to the City of Paducah with Covenant of General 'i,'arranty. SECTION II The sum of •.;;2000.00 required for the purchase of the above described lots shall be charged to the contingent fund upon the adoption of the a rortionment ordinance for the year 1946. SEC TION III.
