AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO A. B. MOORE
OF LOTS 9, 10 & 11 IN BLOCK 1 ON CALDWELL AVENUE; ALSO THE SALE

TO ANNIE MAE PARHAM OF LOT 17 IN BLOCK 5 ON BOONE STREET IN THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM11ISSIONiERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENITUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of A.B.Moo
in the sum of $275.00 for the purchase of Lots 9,-10 & 11 in Bloc
1 on Caldwell Avenue, said lots beginning 320 feet from the inter
section of Caldwell Street and Caldwell Avenue, $100.00 of the
purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of
$25.00 per month with 6% interest; also the offer of Annie Mae
Parham iii the sum of •;?50.60 for the purchase of Lot 17 in Block 5
of Vaughn's Addition to the City of Paducah, as shown on Plat
Book "A", pages 36 & 37, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
$20.00 of the purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance
at the rate of $5.00 per month with 6% interest; and the Mayor an
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of
the City of Paducah, proper instruments of conveyance to said
property upon the aforesaid terms, and subject to such further
terms, conditions and covenants as may be required by the City
Yanager.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
