AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
. PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF JACKSON STREET BETWEEN 29th
STREET AND TIIE P & I RAILROAD IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
BY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JANUARY
29th, 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on January 29th, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of property located on the South
side of Jackson Street adjoining the P & I Railroad Right of
Way and extending in an easterly direction 493.4 feet toward
29th Street, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
