AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO BRANDON B. MOORE
OF LOT 7, BLOCK 2 OF BOYD SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
. KENTUCKY; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Brandon B•
Moore in the sum of •p250.00 cash for the purchase oP Lot 7
in Block 2 of the Boyd Subdivision as shown by plat of said Sub-
division recorded in Plat Book "A", page 174, McCracken County
Court Clerk's Office; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah
a deed of conveyance to said property.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
