That Section 2 of an ordinance entitled: It A'..' O ,DSIIANCE PRESCRIBIP:G RUL -T3 A.ID : ECULATIONJ FOR THE POLICE DsPAR7,21IT OF ME CITY OF PAD..CAH, n.JD REPEALING ALL 0DIliAiZ ES IN CONFLICT TiEREfJITH", which was adopted by the Board of Commissioner on September 29th, 1936 and amended on Larch 30th, 1943, be and the same is hereby amended so that said section as amended shall read as follo,:-s : "Section 2. He must be able to exhibit a certificate or a Sworn statement of a teacher of the public schools that he has completed the eiChth grade.
