BE IT ORDAINED BY 'vHE BOARD OF CO?,'..;I:3SIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request oI' the
City Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final
report embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on Decemver 21st
1945, all of the property on both sides of Bloom Avenue from the
South property line of Paxton Street to the North property line of
Kentucky Street, to extend back for depth on the Iflest side of said
Avenue 155 feet, and to extend back for depth on the East side of
said Avenue 155 feet, is hereby declared to be a business district
within the meaning of the City Plannin;, and Zonin.- Commission Law.
SEMON 2.
This ordinance shall be in =full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
