SEC TION 1.
That upon the rdcommendation and request of the
City Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final
report embodied in a resolution adopted by it on December 21st,
1945, all of the property on the North side of Fisher street from
a point 120 feet East of 9th Street to the Ylest property line of
8th Street, if extended, back for a depth of 140 feet, is hereby
declared to be a business district within the meaning of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission yaw.
3ECTIOJ 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
