AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO PEARL RUDD OF
A LOT ON THE SOUTH SIDE Or KENTUCKY AVENUE BEWIEEi 28TH AND 29Th
STRFETS, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; AND AUTHORIZING THE
:::AYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXEC [TE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID
PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Fearl Rudd
in the amount of 1225.00 cash for the purchase of a lot on the
South side of Kentucky Avenue bet -ween 28th and 29th Streets, said
lot beginnin- 302.73 feet ":°:est of the Southwest corner of the
Intersection of 28th « Kentucky Avenue in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, and the Vayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah a deed of
conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
