Hodges in the amour_t of ;50.00 cash for the Purchase of a lot loca ed
between :.ississinni Street, if extended, and "C" :street in the Cit
of iaducah, 'Kentucky, and the ?:ayor and Cite Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Mducah,
deeds of conveyance to said property.
SECTIO;: 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
