'7HEREAS, under and pursuant to the provisions of an ordinates

was adopted by the Lo3rd of Commissioners on :;c:Member 19th, 1933,
the City of Paducah entered into and executed a Cooperative a,reem�nt
vrhich contained the obligations to be imposed upon said city in
connection with the establishment and maintenance of low -rent hour

projects by the municipal housin- commission, an^ said city aEreed

eblil-ated itself to "zone or rezone to an a'pro^riate residential
classification the area in ^:hich the projects shall be located"; aid,
;:EEREAS, upon the recom-m.ndation and request of the City o
Paducah Uunicipal dousin Commission, the pity of Paducah, by and
through its zoninC, nommiasion, zoned for exclusive residential use
by ordinances adopted on October 2nd, 1939 all property bounded on

Sixth Street and on the north by Jackson street, and also all property

in effect the aforesaid provision under r::hich all of said property

SECTION 1.

to join with the duly authorized officials of the City of Paducah

"That the provision of the Co-operative AGreement
entered into between the parties hereto on the day of
1938 under which the City of Paducah agreed and obliCated itself
to (zone or rezone to an appropriate residential classification

same is hereby declared null, void and of no effect, and that
the City of Paducah, by and throu-'h its zoning board and board
of Commissioners, may zone for business or industrial use any

residential use, and it is further aLreed that cairl city may, in
