SECTION 1.
,That the Cit;; of Iaducah accept the Offer of Christ
Steinhauer, Jr., in the amount of ,550.00 cash for the purchase of
a lot known as ;;=822 Jefferson Street; also the offer of Phil A.
^ruebEer in the amount of ,150.CO cash for the purchase of Lots
31 and 3,2 in Flock 2 of Terrellis Fountain Park Addition to the Ci y of
Paducah as shown by plat recorded in Plat i:ook A, pane 84, WcCrac'k n
County Court Clerk's Office; also the offer of Lillism V. ahelby i
the amount of .'„65.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 24 in Elect 5 in
Mineral hells =>upplemental nddition as shoran b plat recorded in
17at Book "A", pa Ce 221, :! Cracken County Court Clerkls Office;
