AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ::TALE TO RAYMOND PAIRS OF
A LOT FORI,;ERLY KNO'ldN AS #517 ELIZABET,: STREET III THE CITY OF
PADUCAH; AND AUTHORIZING THE I.iAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED LY THE BOARD OF C01-77.MSSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KEI:TUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept.the offer of Raymond
Paris in the amount of ;;50.00 cash for the purchase of a lot
57 feet 6 inches by 115 feet G inches located on the North side
of Elizabeth Street formerly knovnand referred to as /,517
Elizabeth Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky; and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a deed
of conveyance to said property.
SECTIO:: 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
