BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LOARD OF COIMI33IONERS OF TIE CI W
OF PADUC,AH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and zoning Commission as shown by its final
report embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on Icovember 27th,
1945, a tract of ground beginning 248 feet Vest of the
Southwest corner of 29th and Jackson Streets and extending along
the South side of Jackson Street to the East ri ht -of -way line of
the P and I Railroad, said tract to extend back for depth 185 fee ,
is hereby declared to be a business district within the meanin-, o
the City Planning and Zoning Commission Law.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
