AN ORDINANCE APPROVING 7d E FINAL REPORT OF THE
CITY PLANNING AND ZONING C010MI331ON PROVIDiNG FOR THE
ZONING OF' PROPERTY ON TULLY STREET AND SOINELL STREET AS
A BUSINESS DISTRICT OR ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF' THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTIOI: 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the
City Planning and 'Zoning Commission as shown by its final
report embodied in a resolution adopted by it on November 16th,
1945, all of the property on both sides of 'fully Street, ex-
tending back for depth on either side a distance of 142 feet,
from Gilson Street to -�o:vell Street, the "outh side of Sowell
Street frogi Tully Street to Ewing Street for a depth of 30 feet,
and the North side of 3mvell Street for a depth of 40 feet from
the present business zone on Tully Street to Ewing Street,
is hereby declared to be a business district within the meaning
of the City rlanning and Zoning Corimission Law.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
