AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
CITY PLAaNING AIM ZONING COMMISSIOR PROVIDING FOR THE
ZONING OFiPROPERTY ON ALLEN STREET AS A BUSINE33 DISTRICT
OR ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIiMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
3ECTIO:N 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the
City Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final
report embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on 11ovember 16th,
1945, all of the property on the East side of Allen Street from
a point in the present business zone on Sth Street south to a
point 200 feet south of 6th Street and extending back for depth
from Allen Street 140 feet, is hereby declared to be a business
district within the meaning of the City Plannin^ and Zoning
Commission Law.
SEC TA 0;: 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
