ZONIN' COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT EI.'IBODIED IN A RESOLUTION
ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 16th, 1945
BE IT ORDAINED BY T''M BOARD OF COM'!IJ 3IONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY' -
SEC TION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shorn by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on i?ovember 16th, 1945,
the plat of the subdivision of property located at the Northwest
corner of 5th and Kentucsy Avenue, be and the same is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
