AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
CITY PLANNING AND ZOITIIIG COBI.:SSSION PROVIDING FOR TIE
ZONING OF PROPERTY ON NORTH 8TH STREET AS A BUSINESS DISTRICT
OR ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMIMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
S EC TI ON 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the
City Planning and Loning Commission as shown by its final
report embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on November loth
1945, all of the property fronting on the ':lest aide of :forth 8th
Street from the \orth line of Jefferson Street to the South line
of Tuonroe.Street, the same running batt: for depth to the center
line of the block between 3th Street and 9th Street, is hereby
declared to be a business district within the neaning of the City
Planning and Eoning, Co-nission Law.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
