AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO VELVIN F. PETNAY OF
LOT 18 IN BLOCK 8 ON CENTER STREET; ALSO THE SALE TO JOHN H. MEYE
OF A LOT 50 FEET VIEST OF THE BOUTIPVEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION
OF 21ST AND IdADISON STREETS; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE DZEDS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI,IISISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TI O2; 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Velvin F. Petway
in the amount of ;50.00 cash for the purchase of lot 18 in block 8
O'Brien's Addition as shovm by plat reporded in Plat Book "A", pap,
77, McCracken County Court filerkl s Office; also the offer of John
H. P.°eyer in the sum of ;:150.00 cash for the purchase of a 50 foot
lot located 50 feet west of the southwest corner of the intersecti
of 21st and 1.1adison Streets; and the I.:ayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute deeds of conveyance to said property.
SEC TIOi,i 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
