ADOPTED ON NOVE'BER 5th, 1945
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LOARD Or COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITZ
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCIa:
SEC T-1O:i 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on november 5th, 1945,
the plat of the subdivision of property located at the Northwest
corner of Clay Street and Fountain Avenue, be and the same is
hereby approved.
SECT10i'i 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
