HILL OF' LOT 13 IN BLOCK 3 OF GILSON, ROCK & TULLY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAHI AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EOARD OF COI:MI33IONERS OF TUE CITY OF PAD'"CAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Alvis Farmer in the amount of :x75.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 11 in Block 5 of the Thurman, Hughes, Herzog and Eethel Addition to the City of Paducah, as shorn bj plat recorded'in Plat Book "A", page 80, McCracken County Court "lerk's Office; also the offer of Hugh L. Hill in the amount of ':50.00 for the purchase of Lot 13 in block 3' of Gilson, Rock & Tully Ia Addition, as s hown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", pages 25-27, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, .;;20.00 of the purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance at rate of :,10.00 per month with S interest; and the I,^.ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute proper instruments of con- veyance to said property upon the aforesaid terms, and subject to such further terms, conditions and covenants as may be required by the City Manager. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
