That Section 3 of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE E[IFORCEi;ENT WITHIN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF AN ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF KENTUCKY ADOPTED IN 1928, AND COMMIONLY KNO:iN MID REFERRED TO AS f THE CITY PLANNING I ZONING LA5!' ", ;IHICH was adopted by the Board of Commissioners of 1 City of Paducah on December 17th, 1928, be and the same is hereby amended so that said Section as amended shall read as follows: "Section 3. No person, firm, corporation or company 'desiring to locate, erect, construct or reconstruct any business of -industrial building or plant within the City of Paducah shall be granted a permit for the location, erection or construction or re- construction of any such building or plant until the same, togethe: with complete plans therefor and an accurate description of the character a-nd kind of business to be conducted therein shall have been submitted to the building Inspector of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and have been approved by said Inspector, but no permit or certificate of occupancy shall be issued by the Building Inspec if the location, erdction, construction or reconstruction thereof shall be in violation of any provision of the zoning ordinances of City of Paducah, Kentucky. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herei+ are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
