AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALC TO 114E FIRST CHURCH OF TH.
NAZARENE OF LOT 11 IAT BLOCK 10 ON ADAPTS STREET BETNEEN 26th & 27th
STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH; AND AUTHORIZING THE I•fYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of the First Chur
of the Nazarene in the sum of r250.CO for the purchase of Lot 11 i
Block 10 on Adams Street between 27th & 27th Streets, said lot bei
50x165 feet and beginning 100 feet from the Southeast cotner of th
intersection of 27th and Adams Streets, "100.00 of the purchase pr
to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of x30.00 per month
with 6% interest; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authoriz
to execute a contract for the sale of said property upon the afore
terms and subject to such further terms, conditions and covenants
may be required by the City Manager.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
