OF LOT 6 IN BLOCK 9 ON ROCK STREET I14 THE CITY OF PADUCAH; AND
AUTHORIZING THE I.IAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTHU111EN
OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID FR OPLRTY
BE IT ORDAINED B ' THE BOARD OF COT3:ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTLCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of ?aducah accept the offer of Henry
C. Jones in the sum of160.00 for the purchase of L•ct 6 in bloc
9 in the Gilson, nock and Tully Addition to the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", pages 25
and 27, b?cCracken County Court �Ilerkls Office, $15.00 of the
purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate
of x10.00 per month with 6% interest; and the Yayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute proper instruments of
conveyance to said property upon the aforesaid terms, and subject
to such further terms, conditions and covenants as may be
required b7the City `.anaoer.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
