AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO WALTER R. CHANDEBR

OF LOT 9 IN BLOCK 1 ON NORTH 25TH STREET IN THE CITY 0' PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS 0 F THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.-
SECTION
ENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of dalter R.
Chandler in the sum of $125.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 9
in Block 1 of Thurman's Noble Park Addition to the City of
Paducah as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A" page 222
McCracken County Court Clerk's Office; and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to
said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
