BIGGS OF A LOT LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF 13TH AND CLAY STREETS; AND ALSO THE SALE TO ORLANDEx nNDEttJON OF LOT 7 IN BLOCK 2 ON LINCVLN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF PADiDAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR aND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE Pttornti INSIRUMENTS OF CVNVSYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOAnO OF 0014M.ISSIOITERS OF TrIE CITE OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accc,pt the offer of John Natters in the sum of $40.00 cash for the purchase of a lot 50x2122 feet located between 9th and 10th Streets and Burnett and Flournoy Streets; also the offer of James R. Biggs in the sum of 11000.00 cash for the purchase of a lot located at the Northwest corner of 13th & Clay Streets; and also the offer of Orlander Anderson in the sum of ;S50.0u for the purchase of Lot 7 in Block 2 in Quarles Addition to the City of Paducah, as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", page 107, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, '?20.u0 of the purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of 55.00 per week ith 6% interest; and the k:ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute proper instruments of conveyance to said property upon the aforesaid terms, and subject to such further terms, conditions and covenants as may be required by the City I;:anger.
