SECTIO;[ 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of A.E.Tucker
in the sum of ;50.^•0 cash for a strip of ground 10x163.25 feet
located at the=[orthnest corner of 2'th ;, Harrison Ftreet in the
City of ?adixah; and the r'ayor and City ^,lrrk are hereby
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah,
a deed under which said property shall be conveyed with covenant
of bpecial 7.arranty of title, and subject to any encroachments,
defects, or any other state of facts which an accurate survey
of said property would shove.
SECT! T 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from an
-fter its adoption.
