AN Q DINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO JOHN W. HAI;1¢
OF A IAT LOCATED ON CLARK STREET BETAEEN 29th & 30th STREETS
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUP, A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY ME B0A7M -F CC.MMISSILiMRS OF THE
CI TY OF PADUCAH, KS-NTUCI^Y:
SECTION 1.
That the City a Paducah accept the offer of John
Hamm in the sum of '.150.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 7 in
Block 2 r-lgewood Realty Company's subdivision, said lot beinE
52x150 feet and begins 104.17 feet from the Southeast corner
of the intersection of 30th w- Clark streets. the 1.ayor and
City nlerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf
of the City of Paducah, a deed under which said property shall
be conveyed with covenant of Special "'arrancy of title, and
subject to any encroachments, defects, or any other state of
facts which an accurate survey of said property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
