SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of "attis
Williams in the sum of °)75,00 cash for the purchase of a lot
located on the youth side of Uachman Street between 9th and 10th
Streets and f ormerly known as ;913 Bachman; also the offer of
Girvas Heflin in the sum of %,125.00 cash for the purchase of
a lot located on Yeiser Avenue and formerly knolrn as ;;"2307
Yeiser, and the '-,ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, deeds
under which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of
Special-arranty of title, and subject to any encroachments,
defects, or any other state of facts which an accurate survey
of said property would show.
SECTIOPi 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
